The room was spacious and luxurious, with a huge jetted tub that was perfect for a romantic escape. The bathroom was massive, featuring a walk-in shower, separate jetted tub, and his and her sinks. The amenities in the room made our stay even more enjoyable.
There were some drawbacks during our stay. The front desk staff was rude, and there were issues with the payment process, which was frustrating.

The modern facilities and unique amenities like the Fun Connection enhance the experience.
In my wife's opinion, more child-friendly dining options needed.

The room was incredibly spacious and had a lovely hot tub style bathtub which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was top-notch, making it easy to get around without a car.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with hairs in the bathtub and even a Band-Aid on the floor. The noise from housekeeping starting early in the morning was disruptive, especially with the loud door closings.

Chilling at the Players Club was hella fun, with dope markings on the floors and kiosks everywhere. The hotel front desk crew was on point! The Eagle Golf Club and Isleta Fun Connection were next level, adding mad vibes to our vacay. We even checked out the evening Bingo session – pure fire!
Just wished they had more lit parties for us young peeps in the evenings, y'know? Get that party scene buzzing all night long!

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy, which was a definite plus. I appreciated the clean room and the well-maintained elevators. The atmosphere in the hotel was welcoming, with staff who were friendly and accommodating. there were some issues that dampened our experience. The temperature control in the room didn't work properly, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. The lack of hotel information in the room was frustrating, as we had to keep calling the front desk for basic details. The slow draining shower was disappointing, and the lack of a microwave in the room made it challenging to enjoy our own meals. Despite the positives, the outdated furnishings and lumpy bed were not ideal. The restrictions on outside alcohol and limited dining options were also a drawback. The unfriendly encounter with a staff member was unprofessional and left a sour taste in our mouths.

we stayed at Isleta Resort & Casino and it was always clean, staff were very friendly and efficient. the room service was always fast and the food very tasty. blown away by Isleta! have never felt more comfortable away from home. love everything, from the architecture to the fabrics. the room has been pristine! looking forward to future stays here. the staff is always friendly and helpful. happy to see that there's not only one entrance. the swimming pool and hot tub were great especially for my son. he had a blast and the employee on duty went above and beyond for my family!
Nothing everything was great 😊

My recent stay at the resort was enjoyable. The variety of slot machines at the casino was great, and I particularly loved the food at Chile Ristra. Although a bit inconvenient, the clean room and overall experience made my stay worthwhile. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

The spa was spectacular, including an outdoor hot tub with a rain shower. The resort hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool were fantastic. Well-equipped and clean exercise facilities available. Interesting photographic museum providing a detailed history of the pueblo.
Felt extremely welcomed, nothing to complain about.

The culinary team at Embers Steak & Seafood sure knows their way around a menu; the hand scooped cones were a delightful trip down memory lane, and golfing by the Bosque was a real treat.
My bed felt like a pancake - not the fluffy kind.
